Which class should I start with?

Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself and water. Mats and towels are available at every studio.
How early should I arrive?
Fifteen minutes before class. Sign in, meet your teacher, get set up in the room.
Is it really for all levels?
Yes. Every pose has modifications and progressions. Teachers cue for beginners and advanced Members in the same breath.
