What Should I Bring To My First Class?+
Yourself and a water bottle if you have one handy. It's very important to hydrate before, during, and after class.
What Do I Do With My Yoga Towel?+
The complimentary yoga towel you receive at the beginning of each yoga class is placed on top of your yoga mat. These towels are highly absorbent, which will help prevent you from sliding or falling during class, no matter how sweaty things get.
How Can I Prepare For My First Class?+

What Should I Wear To Class?+
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes you can move and sweat in. Elastic waistbands and stretchy fabrics are best.
When Should I Arrive For Class?+
If you're joining us in-studio, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early. This buffer will give you the time you need to get acquainted with our studios, change into comfortable clothes if need be, and grab your complimentary mat and towel.
What Is The Room Temperature During Your Hot Classes?+
All our flow classes take place in a room heated to a temperature of 96–99 degrees fahrenheit.
As A Member, Can I Go To Any Location?+
Yoga Joint offers all access and select access memberships to fit your needs.

Do You Offer Gift Certificates?+

Yes - all Yoga Joint members enjoy full access to our private showers, together with complimentary bath towels and shower products, as well as personal lockers for added convenience.
Can I Share My Membership?+
Each Yoga Joint membership is individually priced and non-transferable, intended to be used by a single member. For questions about our memberships or pricing options, please contact your nearest studio.
What Should I Wear/Bring?+
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move and sweat in. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat and towel or purchase them from any of our locations.
Do You Have Boutiques At Every Location?+
For those who can't “just say no” to a cute new pair of leggings or the latest Yoga Joint swag, each studio houses its very own exclusive boutique with the latest yoga apparel.
What Is Your Return Policy?+
Our membership is issued on a month-to-month basis and is non-refundable. If you would like to suspend or cancel your membership, we require a 30-day notice. All additional services such as class packages and workshops are non-refundable.
What Is Yoga Joint's Return Policy On Retail Items?+
Retail items purchased at any of our Yoga Joint boutiques can be exchanged within 7 days upon receipt of purchase, providing that they are unworn and still have the sales tags attached.
How Many Classes Should I Do Each Week?+
That depends on your goal. You can easily do a different class 5 or 6 times a week by rotating our Flow and FIIT class. Some members do a Yoga Joint class every day - and for many of our members, this is their primary exercise.
Are Yoga Joint's Online Classes The Same As In-Studio Classes?+
Taught by our boutique team of world-class teachers, our online, on-demand classes demonstrate the same vibrant energy, unique sequencing, and encouraging atmosphere as you will find in our studio classes.
Why Do You Only Offer Two Types Of Classes?+
While we initially developed as a vinyasa-based yoga company, we soon realized that Flow alone did not meet all our physical or mental needs, so we integrated FIIT. We believe that, if done regularly, these two classes are all you need for optimal health and fitness.
How Can I Cancel Or Suspend My Membership?+
A 30-day notice is required to cancel or suspend your membership. Please contact your studio manager for more details. You may suspend your membership twice per calendar year. While your membership is suspended, we will not bill your monthly dues. However, you will be billed a $15 per month suspension fee. Your monthly dues will automatically resume when your membership is set to unsuspend.
