Membership FAQ
As a member, can I go to any location?
Yoga Joint offers all-access and select-access memberships to fit your needs. Talk to your home studio for the plan that works best for you.
How can I cancel or suspend my membership?
A 30-day notice is required to cancel or suspend your membership. Please contact your studio manager for details.
How does suspension work?
You may suspend your membership twice per calendar year. While your membership is suspended, we will not bill your monthly dues. However, you will be billed a $15 per month suspension fee. Your monthly dues will automatically resume when your membership is set to unsuspend.
Can I share my membership?
Each Yoga Joint membership is individually priced and non-transferable, intended to be used by a single member. For questions about memberships or pricing options, please contact your nearest studio.
What is your return policy?
Our membership is issued on a month-to-month basis and is non-refundable. If you would like to suspend or cancel your membership, we require a 30-day notice. All additional services such as class packages and workshops are non-refundable.
